A ur\u010dit\u011b nepolev\u00edme ani v roce 2020. Pomalu se ale m\u011bn\u00ed struktura trhu. P\u0159ed lety svi\u017en\u00fdm tempem rostl po\u010det e-shop\u016f, v posledn\u00edch letech se ale situace za\u010dala m\u011bnit. Jsme sice st\u00e1le zem\u00ed s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem e-shop\u016f na osobu a obrat neust\u00e1le roste, ale p\u0159esouv\u00e1 se od men\u0161\u00edch e-shop\u016f k t\u011bm <strong>v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm<\/strong>. <strong>N\u011bkter\u00e9 e-shopy tak kon\u010d\u00ed<\/strong>, nebo se z nich st\u00e1vaj\u00ed &#8222;m\u011bsta duch\u016f\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v roce 2020 se bude situace jen stup\u0148ovat. V\u00edc ne\u017e kdy jindy se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee chcete-li podnikat, mus\u00edte m\u00edt n\u011bco nav\u00edc. N\u011bco, o co budou z\u00e1kazn\u00edci st\u00e1t. S \u010d\u00edm se budou muset letos poprat? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm, jak e-commerce v \u010cR roste, budeme nepochybn\u011b \u010delit <strong>rostouc\u00edm cen\u00e1m<\/strong> &#8211; a\u0165 u\u017e se bav\u00edme o cen\u00e1ch za reklamu samotnou (bannery, PPC, zbo\u017eov\u00e9 srovn\u00e1va\u010de\u2026), tak i za slu\u017eby ve v\u0161ech oblastech. N\u00e1klady porostou a e-shopa\u0159i se s t\u00edm budou muset vypo\u0159\u00e1dat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, na kterou se bude t\u0159eba zam\u011b\u0159it, bude <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br partner\u016f<\/strong>. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm prodej\u016fm budou nahr\u00e1vat sp\u00ed\u0161 postupn\u00e9 evoluce ne\u017e n\u011bjak\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed revoluce. Obratu pom\u016f\u017ee <strong>r\u016fst internetov\u00e9 populace<\/strong> a stejn\u011b tak <strong>zrychlen\u00ed logistiky<\/strong>, nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd p\u0159esun dal\u0161\u00edch segment\u016f z klasick\u00e9ho prodeje do online prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee b\u011bhem p\u011bti let nenastane \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 revoluce, kter\u00e1 by e-commerce prodeje posunula o des\u00edtky procent nahoru nebo dol\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 2. S \u010d\u00edm se budou muset letos poprat? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b bude doch\u00e1zet ke <strong>konsolidaci<\/strong>, a to hlavn\u011b v segmentech, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z velk\u00fdch objem\u016f. Nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee se udr\u017e\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fd po\u010det prodejc\u016f elektroniky, nebo \u017ee se objev\u00ed v\u00edc prodejc\u016f\/ rozvozc\u016f potravin. Po\u0159\u00e1d se ale na trhu budou dr\u017eet <strong>specializovan\u00e9 e-shopy<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 budou m\u00edt p\u0159idanou hodnotu pr\u00e1v\u011b v tom, \u017ee sv\u00e9mu segmentu rozum\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 3. Dok\u00e1\u017eete odhadnout, jak\u00e9 kategorie e-shop\u016f budou letos na vzestupu a kter\u00e9 naopak v pozad\u00ed? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vznikaj\u00ed dv\u011b nov\u00e9 velk\u00e9 vertik\u00e1ly. Tou prvn\u00ed jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>potraviny <\/strong>a druhou, kter\u00e1 je i takov\u00fdm n\u00e1vratem, je <strong>prodej zbo\u017e\u00ed od lok\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u016f<\/strong>. Postupn\u011b se na internet p\u0159esune i v\u00edc prodej\u016f slu\u017eeb jako jsou mas\u00e1\u017ee nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad kade\u0159nictv\u00ed. V tomhle p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ale p\u016fjde sp\u00ed\u0161 o rezerva\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my, nebo darov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eby jako d\u00e1rku respektive z\u00e1\u017eitku. <strong>Z\u00e1\u017eitky <\/strong>a <strong>slu\u017eby <\/strong>jsou podle m\u011b segmenty, kter\u00e9 v online prodej\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b masivn\u011b porostou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"> <strong>Nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee se udr\u017e\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fd po\u010det prodejc\u016f elektroniky, nebo \u017ee se objev\u00ed v\u00edc prodejc\u016f\/ rozvozc\u016f potravin.
